		<description>I highly recommend that you do some privates to learn how to manage your stenosis and scoliosis.  With Stenosis,  extension exercises are not recommended. You need to learn how to modify movement with your back conditions.

		<description>A combination of scoliosis,  stenosis and too much yoga have made it harder and harder for me to stay in shape.  I&#039;m looking for some intensive training to re-educate my body so it moves more 
fluidly.  Do you think Pilates Dancing would help? Do you have classes?  Where &amp; when?
