		<description>Excellent post!! In so many of the fitness journals there is little notation of the concept of the scapula moving and being fluid in its movement but the need for stability. The scapula was designed to move. To ignore that concept and lock into the idea of eliminating scapular movement may cause more problems than good. This was a great post. Thanks for sharing.</description>
