Powerful words, and they are so true... From my own experience i can say that Pilates changed my life. My body changed, yes my clothes fit better, and that might have been the initial cause why I started with Pilates. But months and years of practice I now feel in tough with my body. I feel him, hear him and try to give him what he asks for.
I feel/ and look better than ever in my life I can say I like my body. My mind changed... I motivated my family to pick up Pilates and slowly and surely everyone "gave in". I was very happy to hear that my mother in her 60's started. It made such a difference for me. I want her to live a strong and healthy life, and it is never too late to start. With Pilates it does not matter what you physical condition is like (and mine weren't really good), it just works...
My life changed as well. I started the teacher program at movements afoot and teaching. What a joy and satisfaction!!!!
