		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for posting such an important article.  I&#039;ve been practising Pilates for over five years with various Pilaltes instructors in London.  Also I did a Pilates teacher training course as I feel there are few good dedicated Pilates teachers.  It seems to me few instructors are aware of the importance of the illiopsoas.  One instructor who teaches intermediate/advanced Pilates for various years came from an advanced workshop and told us about the &quot;new tehcnique&quot; for illipsoas.   In my Pilates teacher training course at Pilates International in London, We were  taught the technique virtually from the beginning.  It takes some time to understand it and do the leg movement engaging the illipsoas.  Maybe that&#039;s why few Pilates instructors know let a alone understand the technique.]]></description>
