Doris Pasteleur Hall Teaching in December

Doris Pasteleur Hall is back teaching her workshops Sunday, December 20 for Pilates teachers.  She will be available for Private Sessions on December 20th. Please email her: dlphall1@mac.com if interested..

She will also be teaching my DancingMindBody Fridays 12/11 & 18 at 10:30 while I am teaching in Japan. Wish I was there to take class with her.

This is a mat class for Pilate teachers only. It is about motivating ourselves as teachers to challenge our quality of movement. This will be a Pilates mat class with props. The series structure is designed to encourage one’s personal growth with the Pilates mat.
