		<description><![CDATA[SOMATIC EDUCATION is a growing field of research and therapies regarding human awareness. Somatic Movement uses the latest in neuroscience to enhance connections between the brain, body (muscle balancing, organ tone, fluid dynamics, &amp; skeletal alignment) and psyche to deepen the body-mind connection and well-being.  Feldenkrais is one of the somatic techniques.

My training is with the Laban Institute where Irmagard Bartenieff had profound insight about the body.  I also am a Franklin Method teacher.  I have studied with many other teachers of many different somatic techniques.]]></description>
