Movements Afoot’s Blog

Three weeks ago I was informed Cindi Green was leaving for Colorado with her family.  Cindi was my ballet teacher through much of my career as a performer.  I learn to be a better dancer and teacher through Cindi.  I decided to stop by to say goodbye and take class after being away for a decade.

I came home.  I realized how much that I missed dancing. It brought back my passion.  After years trying to find something that was aerobic and held my interest, I came home to dancing again.  It brought everything together.  My love of movement, my exploration of internal connections and spirit was alive again.
