Requirements for Completion
3 years experience teaching movement is recommended.
To become a fully qualified Balanced Body University Mat Instructor, students must complete the following:

    * Anatomy  There is a upcoming June course at Movements Afoot

		<description><![CDATA[How delighted to happen upon your u-tube videos..and in &#039;my&#039; language!! I was in the Seattle Laban cert. program in 1984-85 (eons ago, now!) but treasured you, Martha as my teacher and mentor!! I continue to return to the BMC work and the fundamentals in my teaching of Pilates and Yoga, and am working on a &quot;Strengthening the Core&quot; workshop for this weekend, where we explore some of the developmental sequence...my students just eat this up!
Please let me know if you&#039;ll be in the Puget Sound area anytime!
